The Colonnade

Elevator Emergency

If you are trapped in an elevator, remember to do the following:

    1.    Open the unlocked access door under the floor numbers and push the auto-dialer button. This will call the monitoring division of Schindler Elevator. Someone will begin speaking to you through the speaker telephone.

    2.    Give the building name (The Colonnade), a description of the elevator cab you are in (if possible), and the cab number, which is located on the inside of the access door panel.

    3.   Never try to pry open the elevator doors or instruct anyone outside of the elevator to attempt to open the doors.
